  • The referred friend must book an appointment and enter your name into the booking form to redeem the offer.

  • You can only redeem $10 off per booking. So if you refer more than one friend the remaining offers will be redeemable for your next appointments.

Cancellation/ Payment Policy

Cancellations/ rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $45 fee. As a small business, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact us. Contact us in emergencies to discuss a plan.

Payment is due by cash or card (eftpos) at the end of the appointment. Please note; A 1.9% surcharge applies with card payments.

Price list:

Equine Sports Massage (Horses): $90/session (1hr to 1.5hr)

Equine Sports Massage (Ponies; 12hands and shorter): $75/ session (45minutes to 1hr 15minutes)

Service Conditions

Booking Prerequisites and acknowledgements

Veterinary consent is required for horses/ponies that are under veterinary supervision or if EJS Equine Therapies recommends veterinary attention. A consent form will be sent for approval before treatment proceeds. Disregard if your horse is healthy and not under veterinary supervision.

 

If your horse/pony is injured or becomes ill before the appointment, contact Emma to discuss treatment feasibility and consult with vet.

 

Please ensure your horse is hydrated, clean, dry, and not pregnant before treatments and provide a safe environment for the massage.

 

Avoid booking appointments during disruptive times (e.g., feeding/turn-out times) to ensure a productive session.

 

Notify EJS Equine Therapies immediately in case of contagious disease outbreaks on your property (e.g. Hendra virus, strangles, or ringworm).

 

Appointments are at the owner's risk. EJS Equine Therapies is not liable for any accidents/injuries to equines/handlers during the appointment.

 

EJS Equine Therapies cannot diagnose any problems your horse/pony may have. Equine Massage Therapy aims to complement and aid in musculoskeletal recovery but does not replace veterinary care.

Service Conditions

When your address is outside the 100km radius of Brisbane, a travel fee applies.
The cost increases $10 per 100km
Zone 1; within 100km radius - No fee
Zone 2; 100 -200km radius - $10 fee
Zone 3; 200-300km radius - $20 fee
Zone 4; 300-400km radius - $30 fee

Minimum horses required per Zone;
Zone 1 = 1 horse
Zone 2 = 3 horses
Zone 3 = 5 horses
Zone 4 = 7 horses
Zone 5 = 9 horses
Zone 6 = 11 horses

If you don't meet the minimum for your zone, you can still express your interest as I may have other people in your area interested. Or you can ask your friends in the area if they would like to book in for the same day and share the travel fee.

Unfortunately, if a trip is organised and someone cancels their booking, this may result in the whole trip being canceled and rescheduled if the minimum number is no longer met.
